I acknowledge that I am submitting an application to acquire a puppy and that, despite the training and preparation of said puppy, it is inherently a juvenile animal and is thus prone to exhibiting behaviors such as crying, barking, biting, nipping, and experiencing accidents in both the household and crate settings. It is incumbent upon me to exercise considerable care, attention, and patience when dealing with these common canine characteristics. It is further understood that such conduct is entirely normal for a puppy of this age and I am thus duly prepared for any such eventuality.
